Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery (COD) orders, there is an additional charge of INR 99.
• Delivery Time: Prepaid orders typically take 5-7 business days to reach you, while COD orders usually take around 7-9 business days.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing order details and tracking information. You can track your shipment’s progress 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.
• Delivery Process: After thorough quality checks, your items are carefully packaged and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. They will make every effort to deliver to your specified address and time. In case of any issues, they will contact you for a solution.
• Delayed Delivery: If your purchase is delayed beyond the scheduled delivery dates, please contact us at indra.soni@auraxreiki.com, and we will assist you promptly.

Return or Cancellation Policy:

• Return/Replacement: We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged products. To request a return or replacement, please record a one-minute 360-degree unpacking video, and we will assess your request based on the video.
• Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it enters the shipping preparation stage. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Prepaid orders will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
• Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds; we only provide replacements in case of damages.

Important Note:

All our crystal products are handmade, so they may vary in size, weight, and color from the images. Natural stones might have minor imperfections, like scratches or inclusions, which are not considered manufacturing defects.

Since our products go through a four-step cleansing process, they are non-returnable. Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing items.
